I purchased two of these decanters for my church. They previously had the glass version, which broke shortly after the church purchased the Bunn Pouromatic a number of years ago. They had been using whatever replacement decanters they could get on sale at Walmart. I had a pretty good idea of what to expect when I bought this product after seeing them in virtually every restaurant I’ve worked or eaten in for my entire life. They arrived quickly and in good condition. A bit expensive, but if they are truly unbreakable, it should be worth it.
